Performance Improvement & Compliance Program

The purpose of the Performance Improvement and Compliance (PIC) Program at Community Support Services is to continually monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of clinical, administrative and support services provided in order that effective, efficient and high quality care is delivered to those persons served by the agency. The PIC Program shall identify the following opportunities for improved care and operations: detection, prevention, resolution, and evaluation of clinical care problems, gaps in service, billing practices, and opportunity for the study of trends.
