Performance Improvement & Compliance Program
The purpose of the Performance Improvement and Compliance (PIC) Program
at Community Support Services is to continually monitor and evaluate the quality
and appropriateness of clinical, administrative and support services provided in
order that effective, efficient and high quality care is delivered to those persons
served by the agency. The PIC Program shall identify the following
opportunities for improved care and operations: detection, prevention, resolution,
and evaluation of clinical care problems, gaps in service, billing practices, and
opportunity for the study of trends.
Satisfaction Surveys
As Community Support Services continues to emphasize quality services, we
value YOUR input. It is important for us to hear from those we serve, family
members and significant others of those receiving services, and agencies and
others referring individuals to our agency for services. Please take a few
